Mandatory Instructions:
- The prescribed application form can be downloaded from the website of University of Mianwali, umw.edu.pk
- Candidates are required to bring original documents, complete CV and attested copies of testimonials on the day of interview.
- Walk in Interviews will be conducted for the above mentioned posts.
- Candidates already employed in any government/semi government department or autonomous body must submit NOC before interview, otherwise their candidature shall not be considered.
- The University reserves the right not to consider any application or fill any post without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.

Situation Vacant – Registrar – Controller of Examination And Treasurer Faculty
MANDATORY INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Two copies of the applications on the prescribed application form to be downloaded from www.umw.edu.pk along with the attested copies of degrees ‘certificates, experience certificates, CNIC. two recent photographs with original pay order. Bank draft(any bank) for RS. 4000 drawn in favor of Treasurer, University of Mianwali should reach the office of the Registrar. University of Mianwali within 15- days of the date of advertisement.
2. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview
3. Candidates who want to apply for more than one post are required to submit separate and complete applications along with separate Bank Drafts of
the required amount.
4. Candidates already employed in Government ‘Semi Government departments or Autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel by due date;
otherwise their application shall not be entertained.
5. University reserves the right to fill any position! withhold appointment against any advertised position or to accept / reject any application without
assigning any reason.
6. Application, incomplete in any aspect or received after the due date, will not be entertained.
